Review: I ordered my 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited 0n 3/**/14, after numerous issues with this dealer, I picked up my car on July *, 2014. Upon checking my new car over I noticed that three items I had ordered were not on the car. I instructed my salesman [redacted] that these three items were not installed on my vehicle. I instructed my salesman that I would come back when the car had all my items installed. The salesman told me to make an appointment on the following Saturday and that all items would be installed at that time.I stated to the dealer that all these items should have been installed when I picked up my new car.I should have known better to trust a salesman, I would up waiting at the dealer for 5 hours and only had two items installed, the other item was ordered incorrectly. The dealership and my salesman told me that it was there fault and that the salesman would drive the part to my house because of the inconvenience I suffered at this dealership. I told him that I waited this long(4 months) from the time of my deposit, till the time I picked up my car, that a couple of days more would not matter, so I said overnight this item to my house and I would install it myself. But after 2 weeks of waiting, and numerous calls to the dealer and [redacted] my salesman, I still do not have my cargo cover for my 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. You are my next step in trying to obtain my merchandise. Thank You [redacted]

Review: I and my boyfriend purchased 2 vehicles from this establishment in July of 2014. We paid for [redacted] plates and registraions and did not recieve the registration within the range they were suppose to come. North carolina has 1 30 day tag and we didn't recieve that tag until 45 days later. New York has a 45 day temporary tag and as a result that vehicle registered in New York recieved a ticket for an expired registration, I didn't recieve the registration until Sept [redacted]. more than 45 days later. The [redacted] at New Rochelle was contacted on multiple occasions. I spoke to [redacted] the financial associate that handled one vehicle transaction and was told the registration would be expressed mailed to me and if I recieved a ticket the [redacted] would have to reimburse me, if it never came. At this point the 45 days had already passed for the temporary tag and I was now driving a vehicle with an expired tag. I called again and contacted [redacted] the [redacted] who assisted me during my sale I was told they would overnight the registration and it would come Monday. I was also told that if I recieved a ticket I can provide the new registration tag as proof that I had an up to date tag and it would be thrown out, that was Friday when I spoke to him. of course the judge didn't see it that way eventhough I provided a copy of the tag once it came. Monday came no registration. I recieved a ticket on the tuesday for an expired tag and I don't believe I should have to pay for this becuase I paid [redacted] fees for the dealership to take care of this. I called again a couple of weeks ago and spoke to [redacted] and I was told something had to be wrong with my paperwork but if there was no problem and it was their fault it would be taken care of, he would call back in the day. He never called back and I understand that there a various things going on throughtout the day but I am very unhappy with the service! I am out additional money because the individual who handles their [redacted] paperwork was neglegent. There was nothing wrong with my paperwork the clerk that handles the [redacted] tags and plates dropped the ball and I had to pay for a ticket that had nothing to do with my negligence!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check for my [redacted] fees or payment of the ticket I recieved because they didn't process my registration on time.

Review: in August 2014 I went to Toyota of New Rochelle to buy a 2014 RAV4 XLE for the updated features as appose to the XL model. [redacted] sales lady concentrate on my payment options. since it was late . I was ask to pick a color an return the following [redacted] at [redacted]. After a 5 hour wait for them to attend to other customer and finalize my purchase.when I was given the keys. she inform me there was no navigation system in the car. I called the service department later to schedule an appointment to install the remote stater I had purchase. I ask them about how much it would be to install a navigation system, they inform me it is almost impossible to install in may car because the radio I currently have in the car is a cheaper brand not what comes with a XLE. and a toyota brand system would be about $4-$5 thousand to replace the radio and install a system. or a lesser bran navigation system not toyota which is not worth it. also said my car don't have a v6 engine { [redacted] dispute that.} said she would call be back. [redacted] the [redacted] trying to resolve the situation off to replace the remote starter a $699 purchase with a molding and mats. he said a $800 a hundred dollar more than the remoter starter. I called[redacted] Toyota for the price of these items. "mats are $105 for front and back and side molding are no more than $220 for parts and installation. I gave [redacted] the information and he also said he will call back. I haven't heard from any one at Toyota of New Rochelle since.Desired Settlement: I believe they owe me an explanation and an apology. because they purposely omit information about the car to complete a purchase. I explain the was the first time buying a car and trust that she would be honest and forthcoming. I feel I was taken advantage of . however since [redacted] offer to put side molding on the car , in good faith they should honor it.

Review: Purchased a RAV 4 2013 on 09/**/14. Called dealership late November to inquire about not having received title to car. Dealership processed all paperwork on site in my husband's behalf. Salesperson, [redacted] left message on my cell that there was an error in name on title and my husband needed to come in to dealership to sign for a duplicate copy of title at no charge. My husband and I went to dealership only to be told that she made a mistake and she had the wrong car. This dealership has a dmv office in their premises. [redacted] told us since it was a Saturday she would inquire on Monday about why we had not received our title. She never called me back. Numerous attempts she finally called back and stated it takes 2 months. I brought to her attention that we were going on 3 months. I was referred to the [redacted] and have also spoken to another [redacted] - [redacted]. Both [redacted] have insisted that the title was mailed on 10/**/14. That it must have been returned to Albany and basically it was my problem to rectify and request a duplicate copy. I had my doubts about this based on message left by [redacted] and questioned whether they had the correct home address on file. Both [redacted] have been very uncooperative in addressing my concerns. On 12/**/14 I placed a complaint with Toyota headquarters in California. I was told that dealerships are independently owned and this matter is not within their jurisdiction but as a courtesy they would contact the customer relations department at the dealership. On 12/**/14 [redacted] called me and questioned whether perhaps I had misplaced the title. After all, I had received the registration. After much haggling back and forth [redacted] told me to have my husband come in on 12/** and sign for a duplicate copy of the title. He stated that he would have the fee for a duplicate taken care of. He further stated that he would have the office expedite and pay the extra fee for this service ($63). He told me to give him a call on Monday, 12/** to remind him to have this transaction processed. [redacted] called me today to state that the office could not order a duplicate copy of the title . He asked why can't I go to the dmv office or call. He further stated that their office would not be able to obtain any information since they were not the [redacted]. He reneged on his verbal agreement to my husband and I.

I finally was able to get through Albany ( have been trying for the past week) and after providing the VIN # of the car we purchased was told the car is not titled in my husband's name. I was told it is titled as a leased vehicle. I immediately called the dealership to inform [redacted] of this information. He still insists that since I received the registration the title must have been mailed to me and returned. [redacted] said he will have the office look into this and will call me back tomorrow.

I doubt very much I will have a positive outcome judging from the lack of communication, service and professionalism from this dealership.Desired Settlement: I need the dealership to submit to Albany proper paperwork to so title can be issued in my husband's name as [redacted] and not as a leased vehicle.

Review: Good Morning,

I own a 2005 Toyota Tundra and recently had a recall which the frame of the truck has to be replaced. We took the truck to New Rochelle Toyota and they provided us with a car rental from enterprise. Toyota informed us that they were going to pay for the rental until the truck is repaired. They also informed us the parts for the truck will arrive in approximately 3 months or less. It has now been 4 months and the part still has not arrived. Toyota decided to give me a sedan instead of a vehicle that is a truck or equivalent. I had a purpose for having a vehicle that large, one reason is because I have a family of 5 boys. I had some toys that the children play with removed from the truck and is now being destroyed in the back yard of my parents house due to the rain that we receive in the city. Some of the toys includes power wheels, bikes, and other power toys. I received a call from enterprise stating that they will be charging my credit card $1,500 dollars for this month because Toyota did not pay for this month. On top of that, enterprise has realized that Toyota did not pay for the last 3 months as well and wanted to charge me about $4,000 for the car rental that Toyota agreed to pay for. I currently do not have a car to drive, I do not have the money to pay for the fees that Toyota supposedly said they will pay for, and I am paying insurance all these months for a vehicle that I am not able to drive. Ive tried to contact corporate to try to resolve the issue but they did not comply with my request of just buying the truck from me so I can pay off the remaining balance I have on the truck. I even try to contact corporate on November [redacted] to have the balance that enterprise is charging my credit card resolved. So far I can not seem to get away from this nightmare. I currently have 3 boys that I have to take to school everyday but unfortunately I do not have a car to drive them to school. Transporting my children will be a burden because I am forced to take public transportation.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message I look forward hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Yolanda Jimenez
