I did NOT buy a car from Hyundai. I went to Hyundai of New Rochelle. There were two hard pulls from my this dealership in two different dates each  a month apart.  [redacted]?? What are they talking about? Long island city ?? I live too far from Queens!!! Never visited dealership.

[The response message doesn't resolve the issue at had nor does it make sense. It doesn't resolve the issue at hand.  They mislead us and now we're facing huge repercussions.  Mid out initial request hasn't been satisfied with proof of documentation we will be forced to escalate this affair.

Refund was processed for this customer.

All labor rates are clearly posted and all work performed was clearly signed off by the customer.  No work is preformed without prior authorization by the customer.

 Purchase was not made because I didn't want to purchase the vehicle.  The business was suppose to reimburse me the $500 deposit and they made promises that I would not loose my deposit and that I would be reimbursed if I changed my mind about purchasing the car. I still have not received the money.
