Review: I thought that I was at [redacted] in Radford. The owner was very helpful in showing me around. I signed into a nine month contract on August 27, 2014. I was not wearing my prescription contacts at the time and was unable to see any logos or company name on the contract. I called the owner back about ten minutes after leaving to determine if the gym was in fact [redacted]. He told me no and I asked to cancel the contract as I have not used the gym membership and I was wanting [redacted] as they are open 24 hours a day. I asked if there was anyway I could pay one month membership and cancel the other 8 months, and again the owner told me no.Desired Settlement: I would be willing to pay one month membership as my credit card has already been charged for September 2014. I would like my card to no longer be charged in the future.
