New River Auto Care

Review: [redacted] at New River auto care has prices advertising in his shop $65hr labor but is charging $100hr because I brought my parts an did not get parts from him. Has had my car two weeks an it's never ready when he says it will be ready. I call everyday some days never getting anyone to answer the phone I leave phone messages and never get a call back. Has had my car for a total time of over one month and the parts to fix 10 days for something that should take a day or two. It's not any car repair that should take this long and so much trouble and lies to get my car back.Desired Settlement: I want my car repaired in the in the two days it should have took and honor the advertise $65hr for labor.

mr[redacted] had his car towed from [redacted] chrysler to my shop for engine diagnosis and conformation that the timing chain had broken.I informed him it needed an engine and he agreed to repair the vehicle.after finding and pricing an engine mr[redacted] informed me that he had found one and was sending it to my shop.I do not install customer supplied parts for many reasons,warranty ,improper parts ordered,poor quality...if I do in rare occations I charge 100.00 an hour and no warranty.he agreed and I went forward.due to very poor maintaning of the vehicle there was a massive amount of sludge on all the covers and parts that were needed for the new engine.it took days to clean all the crap out.the new engine specifically says to remove all sludge from old parts or void of warranty.after installation the vehicle didnt run after further diag it needed a computer. I purchased a used one to find out their unprogramable and mr[redacted] informed me to stop working on his vehicle.
