We have sent this client everything we have in his file. We never moved forward with his idea. We will not be doing anything with this idea in the future. All of his materials have been deleted from our database. I received an email from him yesterday stating, "Yes thank you for sending me that I appreciate it I will contact whoever I need to say that you have sent me everything that I need thank you for your time I apologize for the misunderstanding and appreciate your help in resolving it." After receiving this message that we helped him resolve it we have closed the file. We wish him the best of luck!
