Review: I've been looking for an apartment on craiglist.com. I came across this beautiful apartment ad for the New Pennley Place for $632 per month. I called & spoke with a rep & was told I would have to pay $825 per month since I made over $30,000. No where in the ad does it say there're income restrictions. I feel they have to honor the $632 per month, because it was listed as that price per month.Desired Settlement: Allow me to pay the $632 per month, since it never said on the ad it's income restricted.
