Code: [redacted]My girlfriend and I hailed a cab at the French Market Station, we asked the cab driver to take us to [redacted] St, New Orleans, LA, he repeated the address back to us and seemed confused, I told him it was near the intersection of Chartres & Franklin, it was only about 6 blocks away, but we were very tired from so much walking. It should have been a $5 ride, however, he proceeded to head the opposite direction and drove all through the French Quarter, after asking him where he was going he claimed that we had asked him to take us to "[redacted] Street. We repeated our destination address, and used the GPS on a phone to help him find it. When we arrived I asked if he would discount the fare since he had gone the wrong way and ignored our instructions. He laughed at me and refused. I took many cab rides while staying in New Orleans and this was the only driver I had a problem with. He not only ignored our initial instructions, he was rude about it and refused to admit making a mistake.Desired Settlement: Please refund the $13.50
