"THE MANAGER" IS A LIAR. I NEVER SAID THAT I WAS OKAY WITH THIS HORRIBLE NAIL SERVICE. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I CALLED MYSELF DEMANDING A REFUND. "MANAGER" REFUSED. MY MOM CALLED THIS SHOP ALSO WHILE I WAS ON THE LINE. I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF PROOF SHOWING HIS SO CALLED "2 HOUR SERVICE OF WORK". I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE SHOP TO REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OR TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL ME AND I'M GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. "MANAGER" ALWAYS STATES "HE'S NOT HERE, WE NEVER KNOW WHEN HE WILL COME, HE'S IN AND OUT, HE DOESN'T GET PHONE CALLS"
