Review: I purchased a sofa.sectional on august **. On Sept * the sofa broke. The store sent workers to fix the broken part and they discovered that it was not installed correctly. They were supposed to return again to replace the part, but they refuse and will not replace the sofa either.Desired Settlement: I would like the sofa to be replaced.

Review: I bought a table and paid a center table on 8/** it was suppose to come in 1 week uptill this day I have never received it. I paid the item in full and still nothing has been received. I have been going to the shop every week and they keep giving the round around and keep telling its going to come. I told them to refund my money for my but they wouldn't give me my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money to be fully refunded. I no longer want the table
