Place an order through the website newmotif.co for gifts of framed artwork on 4/24. Never received a confirmation email. Never received shipping or tracking information. Credit card was charged for $287.97. When order or information hadn't arrived on May 6th, tried to contact through customer support on website which led to another unrelated business. Tried calling number on card charge which was a generic auto voicemail. Filed a dispute with CC company to investigate.
