8/20/Mr*** called our office demanding our Residential Field Manager Lee M*** and certified technician come to his residence at 2pm to remove the system and refund his money MrM*** advised Mr*** that he was not able to remove the system and refund his moneyThe Atlas Butler contract reads a year money back guarantee it has been over years. MrM*** offered to send an Atlas Butler certified technician Mr*** declined and terminated the call. I called spoke with Mrs*** on 8/24/to advise I was sending a technician out to diagnose the problem with the Heat PumpMrs*** advised me that already had *** *** replace the system they refused to allow Atlas Butler to return to their home. Atlas Butler made attempts to rectify any issues Mr*** had with the systemMr*** choose to go to another company without allowing Atlas Butler the opportunity to diagnose the issues he was having in August I have also attached copies of the contract and signed invoices for repairs

The respose is incomplete and misleading for the following reasons: It neglects to mention that Atlas Butler was called out in Novemeber AND December to fix the unit (not working) I own FOUR other homes--all with furnaces older or the same age as the one at *** *** **.-- that have furnaces located near the washer/dryer NONE of those units have ever required ANY maintanance other than changing filtersEVER In the same span of time, this unit has broken down 5-times (an average of at least once per year) That isn't normal The EXCUSE of the furnace being in the laundry room is completely irresopnsible I own another home right down the street, in the same neighborhood as the house at *** *** **That home expereinced NO issues with power outages as claimed by Atlas ButlerFurthermore, when I questioned my tenant about issues with the power, he expressed that it was an issue with blowing fuses (too many electronics plugged in at the same time) If blowing a fuse causes a furnace to break down repeatedly / need a $repair, that furnace is a piece of junk or has some basic flaw that should be repaired AT NO COST to the customer Atlas Butler's only responses to my ongoing concerns have been poor, illogical excuses and a general lack of taking responsibility for their poor product

The revised (after my complaint) Internet ad for the sweepstakes seems to be compliant with 109:4-3-02(D). The revised (again, after my complaint) print ad in today’s paper (revised copy attached from today’s paper) is NOT compliant with 109:4-3-02(A)(1) or 109:4-3-02(C). I am not an Attorney so you and the vendor should seek the services of competent legal counsel who, one would think, would give you adequate instructionsEvidently, an Attorney has not yet reviewed the print ad because the print ad is still obviously non compliant with Ohio law, including the case lawVery simply, If only *** *** customers are eligible for the sweepstakes, then that specific and highly material restriction has to be in plain English, stated clearly and conspicuously, on the FACE of the adIn the revised ad, completely contradicting the requirements at 109:4-3-02(C), *** hasn’t even “reached” the level of including a violative footnote!! The information provided by Atlas Butler is incorrect,does not contain all pertinent facts, numerous facts have been deleted,or not statedThe jest of this complaint resolves around the fact that L*** wanted to apply monies spent on a new Atlas Butler system,if he could remove the existing system and install his system. I am not intent on "banter", fact is his technician made an incorrect diagnosis, the circuit board was not faulty, the wires were not loose, the problem was a bad TXV valveHe should read his tech's report he did not repair loose wires "I was working on the outdoor controls and the unit just started up I couldn't find what happened and the unit is working"At your request I will provide copies of all invoices, also L*** states the unit was installed incorrectly, I will provide a copy of the inspection by the City of Westerville,which approved the installation

She called in the day after her repairs were completed to cancel her membership which gave a 30% discount off her repairs and waved the $cost for the diagnostic. The invoices we provide do not give a breakdown labor, parts and warranty all included in the priceAtlas Butler's Residential Field Manager Lee M*** would have been more than happy to come back out double checked the work preformedMS*** still has a year warranty on the capacitor

at *** *** Drive at 4:10pm upon arrival he discovered the air conditioner was bone dry had absolutely zero refrigerant compressor has pool vacuum online set and both coils looks as though outdoor condensing coil had a blowout when shutting the unit off unable to actually pinpoint leak but it's leaking in aluminum to copper coil Slender the client that adding refrigerant it would be gone that there would be a repair needed to hold the refrigerant also explained that that is Factory welds unable to weld in the field that we would have to replace the condensing coil recommended replacing the entire air conditioner Lee G*** departed at 5:10pm. She is a single elderly lady on a very small fixed income who at 7pm at night had no hot water and had trusted your company in the past and purchased a similar gallon tank and paid $750.00!! 1/11/2015 Atlas Butler was called by Mr*** regarding
his
furnace not working Mr*** stated that he cleaned flame sensor last
weekAtlas Butler's certified technician Matt A*** explained how it should
be cleaned. Mr*** was also advised By Matt A*** that
because furnace is beside dryer, things like this tend to happen quicker than a
standard installationThe furnace has a lot of dust and dryer lint inside and
the last visit for maintenance was 1/29/2014.. On 1/13/Mr
***'s tenant advised Atlas Butler's certified technician Justin A*** the
furnace had been working intermittently when the furnace goes off on the
ignition failure they have to reset the power. Mr
***'s tenant also advised they have experienced multiple outages and
surges over the past few months which most likely caused the damage to the
circuit board. On 1/15/we replaced the flame sensor under warranty and
installed a new control boardAtlas Butler's Field Manger Lee *** spoke
with Mr*** explaining the issues he has had is not mechanically related
these are issues caused by the drier being to close to the furnace and the

First of all, I called Atlas Butler for a quote and the girl said it would be $for to diagnose the problemI asked her if there would be any other charges,she said the $and if any parts were needed I would have to pay for themAfter Atlas Butler came they found the motor needed replaced which I agreed to as the Tech Matt told me it was under warrantyMatt DID NOT TELL ME IT WOULD COST ANY MORE MONEYI DID NOT KNOW AND WAS NOT TOLD IT WOULD COST $FOR LABOR UNTIL AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE OR I WOULD HAVE REFUSED AND GOT SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT CHEAPER After the job was over Matt told me it would be $for the workI WAS SHOCKED AND TOLD MATT IT SEEMED AWFUL HIGH FOR LABOR TO WHICH HE AGREED IT SOUNDED A LITTLE HIGH but it was what the company wanted to charge after he called themI couldn't afford that amount of money so he handed me the finance paper to sign so they could get paid and I could pay it off in about three months AFTER THE JOB WAS DONEThe invoice was made up AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE AND SENT TO MY E MAIL, I HAD REQUESTED THAT THE INVOICE BE BROKEN DOWN AS TO WHAT THE CHARGES WERE FOR AND TO ADD THE ONE YHEAR WARRANTY ON THE PART OR IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DONE.; I felt I had no choice since the job was already done but to sign it and let him goAGAIN, I WOULD HAVE REFUSED THE OFFER TO FIX THE FURNACE IF I HAD KNOWN BEFORE HAND IT WAS GOING TO COST ME $ I called *** and asked them what they would have charged and they said $for diagnose and $hour thereafter since the part was under warrantyi then called *** who told me they would have charged $for diagnose and $75/hrthereafterThose would have been a fair prices.$hour for labor is outrageous I would willingly pay the $for diagnose and $hour x hrs= $total
This is unacceptableShe never approved any year service membership and never saw an invoice billing her as such! We want an itemized bill, at this point we want a refund of the "service membership" which is $1200.00(it is illegal not to provide itemized billing or disclose all charges)That gallon water tank did not cost 1998.00! She is a single elderly lady on a very small fixed income who at 7pm at night had no hot water and had trusted your company in the past and purchased a similar gallon tank and paid $750.00!! Our next step is to have our attorney (whom has already looked over this situation and insisted we get itemized bill that we have a legal right to), to proceed with this matter as well as contacting on your sideI want this resolved ASAP!
On 08/08/*** *** contacted Atlas Butler regarding her air conditioner not working she was given a schedule time of between 2-4pmAtlas Butlers certified technician Alex Troyer arrived at 2:15pm completed a diagnostic found her yrold Trane air conditioner low on FreonHe

On 11/09/Atlas Butler installed a Basic 80% 60k
Furnace at *** *** ** *** *** ***. On 1/28/Atlas Butler replaced the flame senor
, 12/16/cleaned the flame sensor On
1/11/2015 Atlas Butler was called by Mr*** regarding
his
furnace not working Mr*** stated that he cleaned flame sensor last
weekAtlas Butler's certified technician Matt A*** explained how it should
be cleaned. Mr*** was also advised By Matt A*** that
because furnace is beside dryer, things like this tend to happen quicker than a
standard installationThe furnace has a lot of dust and dryer lint inside and
the last visit for maintenance was 1/29/2014.. On 1/13/Mr
***'s tenant advised Atlas Butler's certified technician Justin A*** the
furnace had been working intermittently when the furnace goes off on the
ignition failure they have to reset the power. Mr
***'s tenant also advised they have experienced multiple outages and
surges over the past few months which most likely caused the damage to the
circuit board. On 1/15/we replaced the flame sensor under warranty and
installed a new control boardAtlas Butler's Field Manger Lee *** spoke
with Mr*** explaining the issues he has had is not mechanically related
these are issues caused by the drier being to close to the furnace and the
electrical issues. I have attached all invoice please feel free to
