Review: I contacted New Lots car service to take my friend from Brooklyn to the Bronx, they quoted me a price of $65 over the phone; however, they charged my friend $85 although I confirmed the price of $65 multiple times. I contacted the company to find out why this was and no one seemed to know or was able to contact the and continued to give me the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $20
