On the evening of October 1st I entered the nail salon at 7:15pm for a Gel Manicure and a Pedicure service. I was quoted $35 for the Gel Manicure and $25 for the Pedicure. The services were performed by a Vietnamese woman who called herself "Kayla", however in conversation I noticed her being called a different name "Nu?c" which she said is the Vietnamese word for water. After the services were finished around 8:30 pm she stated "today is my first day at this salon and if you have any trouble with your nails then please come back and I will fix it for you". The next morning, the gel manicure came off my nails completely. Then I came back the afternoon of October 2nd at 7:20pm and asked for Kayla as I was instructed. She said "sorry I notice I messed up and I will fix for you no problem". She fixed it and it was fine, I left at 8pm. The next morning I discovered the nails were falling off again. I contacted the business via phone at 10:50AM and spoke to a woman who identified herself as "Q". She indicated that she had to contact the manager via phone and that she would be calling me back. The manager called and left a voicemail identifying herself as "Tracy". She then stated that "our policy is that we do not do refunds but we will be willing to fix your nails". I indicated that I had come back already and Kayla indicated that she thought it was the machine not working properly because she had done nails for 7 years prior. Tracy stated, "no refunds ever".

I am rejecting this response because:
This does not satisfy the reason the business would keep my money (PREVENTING ME FROM GETTING THE SERVICE PERFORMED ELSEWHERE) when they KNOW the services were not performed properly.
I do not have the benefit of a manicure and I came back ONCE already with the intent to let them fix it but it FELL off. That means I made an attempt to try to utilize the "credit" and it came off again. The business is being unreasonable by not returning my money when the services were not rendered, but performed faultily.
The business should return my funds!
