I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is the same response the business has been making the whole time.  I have emails from his when I tried to resolve this the first time months ago. The short of it is, he is too lazy to check his own records.  His records are a mess.  I have sent him these same records.  He denies their validity.  He sent me to collections.  I sent them the records, they have not replied since. This should be a permanent mark on his record.

My husband hired AAA Quick Plows & Lawns Inc. When I was out of town. When I came home I was surprised to see how my lawn looks. I am so happy to see everything. It was so nice. Much thanks.

sent us a copy of his cashed check as he states. That would have ended any issue here. He says he cannot produce one. The documents we see attached here may show some payment may have been sent, but there is nothing showing it was received. If it was never received, it does not matter what the statement shows. I need proof it was received and cashed. I have never heard of someone not being able to do this if the check was actually cashed. I am rechecking any deposits from that time period to see if something was missed.
