They told me...

twice that they are going to send me a check for $225 and it could take up to 15 days. Last time, it was 17 days ago and I still have not received a check. They dropped off my items early Dec.

We have reached an agreement with the customer to resolve the issue. The claim has been processed and $225.00 will be sent to the customer
