Orders cannot be placed without the customer first agreeing to these terms, and we show no record of the customer calling to cancel this order before the end of the trial period as instructed, so her account was charged accordingly. Unfortunately, it appears that the customer may have mistakenly ordered Raspberry Ketone in addition to the trial product and her account was charged $Regarding refunds, even though we are not obligated to issue refunds after the trial period expires, the customer was issued a full refund for Pure Garcinia Cambogia in the amount of $on 8/30/16. which are clearly listed on our website (and which state that the customer will be charged for the full price of the product at the end of the trial period unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends), in order to proceed with the order. Orders cannot be placed without the customer first agreeing to these terms, and we show no record of the customer calling to cancel this order as instructed before the end of the trial period, so her account was charged accordingly. Unfortunately, it appears that the customer may have mistakenly ordered Lip Plumper in addition to these other products and her account was charged $We have confirmation from the US Postal Service that Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer, Ageless Eye Revitalizer and Lip Plumper products were delivered on 6/23/ However, our customer database indicates that the Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer and Ageless Eye Revitalizer orders were refused by someone at that address and flagged as Return to Sender, which is why there was confusion regarding the customer’s account. After researching the customer's account, we believe our Fulfillment house caused this issue and shipment delay, as they did not group all products into one box and therefore, the customer received three separate packages when she was only expecting one Based on the customer’s complaint, she received Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer and Lip Plumper. The customer was issued a full refund for Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer in the amount of $and a full refund in the amount $for Lip Plumper on the card used to pay for the original order. clearly listed on our website, in order to proceed with the purchase. These terms state that the customer will be charged only $for the initial purchase, to cover the shipping and handling, but will then be charged the full price of the product at the end of the trial period unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends. It is impossible for a customer to place an order on our website without first indicating that they have agreed to these terms. In this case, the customer did not call to cancel his order until 12/02/(after the trial period had expired) so his account was charged accordingly for SkinFreshMD in the amount of $on 11/04/16. However, in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, we have issued a full refund to the card used to pay for the original order. I have listed those terms and conditions* below for reference The
customer did not call to cancel her order within the day trial period, which
is why she was charged on February 20th, 2016, for the full price of the
product that she had already received.
Per the terms of the offer to which she agreed when placing the order,
she was placed on our monthly auto-ship program (also outlined below*). After she called our customer service
department on April 10, 2016, her auto-ship program was canceled.
Unfortunately, it is
beyond our control whether or not the customer fully read the terms to which
she agreed. Nonetheless, in our ongoing
effort to provide excellent customer service, we have refunded $to the
card the customer used to pay for her initial order, even though we have not
yet received the product back in our warehouse.

Since Saturday (9/16) and Sunday (9/17) were not business days, the clock on the refund would have started on Monday, September 18th. 5 business days from then would be Friday, September 22nd (when the customer submitted this response), and 7 business days from then would be Tuesday, September 26th. So it may be possible that the customer will see his refund today or tomorrow (9/25 or 9/26) if he hasn't already.Otherwise, we recommend that the customer follow up with his bank, using the transaction number mentioned above, to trace this refund.Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Thank you.
I mistakenly got involved with New Life Brands by taking a short survey about Costco shopping experience. I took the survey (which the company made money from) and was offered a product for shipping costs only! I was billed for $3.95 as expected. However, they have setup their website in which there are misleading directives that get you to buy product/services you did not want! The company surely did cancel my order but I have received NO REFUND of the $30.84
that was charged to my credit card!... as far as I'm concerned this was deceptive thievery on the part of this company! all consumers need to beware!

My issue is that this order was secured through fraudulently representing this skin cream trial as a "free gift" for answering a COSTCO survey, and also dispute that the terms and conditions were at all clearly displayed. This company is scamming people to buy this stuff without disclosing 1) that its a trial 21) that its $98 per month and 3) that they will be billed if not cancelling within 14 days and 4) that they are also joining the useless perfect skin now for $2 as some information club. When the "free gift" arrived, there was absolutely no information provided about the terms and conditions under which the "free gift" from "Costco" was provided. This company is not honestly marketing this product. I also submitted a Fair Trade Complaint to the government.

I ordered one product from New Life Brand and wound up with 4 different charges on my debit card. When going through the ordering process, NLB kept asking if I wanted to try or order this product. I said NO to all of their requests. I did not order some supplement called BioMuscle XR @ $5.95. Nor did I order a membership at $1.99. Some minor service charge appeared on my card as well.
The ordering process seems to be rigged. It's a scam -- small change from many people adds up. Do not order from this company. It does not understand NO. The on-line instructions stated I would receive an e-mail. I never received one verifying the order. Very shabby business ethics.
When I contacted their CSR branch, the first agent mysteriously disappeared and I had to repeat the process of trying to obtain a refund. The next CSR told me how to mail back the item I did not order at my expense. For what it cost to send the item back, she stated I might as well keep the supplement and they will charge my card. Do not do business with this company unless you receive what you ask for.

The Revdex.com contacted New Life Brands LLC and the company agreed to refund all of our money except for 5.95 (shipping and handling charges). The company agreed to this in writing, but have not refunded the money: " in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, the customer will be receiving two full refunds of $87.63 and $89.73 on the card used to pay for the original order.
