one They also clearly explain what the customer needs to do in order to avoid being charged Unfortunately, it is beyond our control whether or not the customer fully reads these terms before proceeding with the order.The terms that the customer has copied and pasted into her complaint are a clear representation of a portion of our terms and conditions, and are always available on our website.Even though we are not required to do so once the expiration date has passed, we issued full refunds for both products to the card used to pay for the original order, on 7/7/ The customer should be seeing the refund any day now if she hasn't already.We will now consider this matter closed but remain available to answer any further questions.Sincerely,SkinFreshMD Customer Support
