don't waste your money on this company
We purchased an extended warranty from New Leaf on our refrigerator. It broke while under warranty. We called and they sent a technician in a week. He called later and said that it could not be fixed and New Leaf had agreed to send replacement funds--we would receive a form in a week. I had not received a form in a week so I called them. They said the refrigerator was still under warranty so we needed to contact the manufacturer. They refused to acknowledge that I had been told otherwise. This is either deception or very poor record keeping on their part.

DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY
I submitted a claim for my Samsung washer and they sent it to a repair place that only accepts mail in repairs i.e. phones, dvr's, and small electronics. When I called them to submit a claim they then scheduled a repair for two weeks out. I will be buying a new washing machine and sending them the bill.
