There was no documentation provided to us, no receipt, no contract no nothingI'm from Vietnam (born and raised before coming here to America), in speaking with a friend of mine she's the one who told me to reach out to the Revdex.com because of the way that this transaction was handled, the owner of that business is also Vietnamese, my husband knew of him from school in Vietnam, we thought we were doing a good thing by doing business with someone we "knew" but never expected the situation to be like this and never expected to not receive our product that we have paid forThe check was cashed by the business, we expected to receive our product as discussed and still have yet to get anything, nor any return callsWe would just like to be able to get our money back so that we can move on and get cabinets somewhere else and get our kitchen finished as we had plannedThank you for your time and assistance in dealing with this matter, it has caused a lot of stress and hardship to me and my family
