I was purchasing a suv from them. They had me bring the car back to there lot a few days laters for issues they were going to fix. The sat on there lot for a weekend and 2 before it was ready. I picked it up the next day I noticed issues were not done and issues there were there. I contacted them to let them know things still was not working properly and something needed to be done. I then received a phone call from the bank saying that they wasn’t Accepting in my paperwork due the suv Being price more than the agreed-upon financing rate through the bank so that they will not except my paperwork that I needed to contact them to get things back in order are we contacted the dealer about the issue and let them know that I was unhappy with my car and that I would love to be able to return it for the car back in to get my down payment amount back No reply for a week then the mechanic comes by my house looks at the car and says he noticed the noise when they had my car but it stopped Making the noise so they did nothing about it when the mechanic came out and told me it was the same issue and that he worked at the dealer and I need to be fixed later talk to the dealer or we can a half later to find out what was going on and he didn’t have any clue about the mechanic coming out or what needed to be fixed and assess and I’ll telling me that I need to come in to redo paperwork and I told him that I will not be receiving any paperwork because my car was unsafe and then I will not be paying for and then I will gladly return the car and they can either let me test drive something else that needs my approval in the safe or they can get mad about paying me back the financing guys that they will not be giving my down payment back.I agreed that I will return the car but I will not re-finance papers because they marked up the value of that car that was not approved by the bank and I didn’t feel that was right all I’m axing for my down payment back but my car has not been drivable I’ve had it for almost a month and out of them off it’s only been driving before we can three days it’s been sitting I’ve been calling it hasn’t been fixed I’ve been paying to get around since I bought this car and I think it’s very unfair to me don’t wanna make this a big deal just want to be fairly treated just want to be able to drive their car back off on their lead the way I got it and to receive my money back so that I can purchase something that is safe for me and my children.I just want my *** back
The APR of the loan was the same from the beginning. As the attached paperwork from the bank shows, you refused to sign the financing, so the bank canceled the funding.
There is nothing wrong with the car. We did not have to send it back to the mechanic. It is still in our inventory.
The financing for this customer was cancelled due to the customer not completing the needed steps the bank required. I have attached the banks fromal denial paperwork.
