New Jersey Rentals

Review: I hired this agency to help me find an apartment and they were horrible. They never contacted me and when I would call the customer service manager to speak to someone I always got voicemail. When I left a message for the manager someone would finally EMAIL me a few days later claiming to have left messages at various rental properties and wasn't Ble to schedule me any appointments to see any apartments. When I actually followed up with one of the properties in west orange, no that they claimed to have called, the owner told me they illegally took his ad out of a newspaper and had never called him to schedule me an appointment (he's willing to confirm this statement if necessary). I live in south jersey looking to move north and I emailed them each week what my availability would be to look at places and the 1 place they scheduled me was on a day I wasn't even in town! I would get a nasty email from one of the staff because I was inquiring about the last of assistance they were providing me for a service I paid $150 for! called them every day last week, The customer service managers number that is, asking for a refund and nobody has gotten back to me. I gave them several online I'd numbers for properties I was interested in and they have not scheduled me any appointments in almost a month. I paid them 23 days ago to this date and they have not contacted me but 2 times, claiming to get more information from me about what cities to search and that was after I threatened to report them to you guys.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, I tried reaching out to the customer service manager which you can only leave a message for and nobody has responded. I also reached out to the regarding a refund via email and that was ignored also
