Chris Y [redacted] of New Image Roofing & Construction produced a falsified Certificate of InsuranceThe document looked suspicious to begin withThe typesetting looked off and certain dates appeared written in by handSo we did our due diligence and called the insurer on the COI, listed as " [redacted] )" with [redacted] # [redacted] expiring 12/08/18, insured to "New Image Roofing, Christopher Y [redacted] ***"The insurer ( [redacted] ) confirmed that they did not produce the COI, that their company has not resided in that office for at least five years, and that they have no insurance relationship with MrY***This is completely unacceptable
MrY [redacted] of New Image Roofing was contacted to repair the roof area that had caused a leak in my upstairs officeHe worked on the roof 9/*/When the leak recurred the following month (October 2017) he was contacted and he came to look over the situationHis warranty printed in the contract is for years, yet he is too busy to repair the workHe claims he hasn't forgotten me, but he refuses to set a date on which he will fix the workIt is my belief that whatever work he had done, is not what he had promised to do in the contract
