Review: [redacted] for New Image Glass and Windows came to our house to measure for new windows. We paid him a $900 deposit and that is the last that we ever heard from him. We called and emailed over 40 times. At first he deflected, then he stopped answering, then he disappeared. I have a feeling that he has never installed a window in his life, and his only business is fraud and theft. This has never happened to us before, our anger runs deep. We were going to contact the police but in the end just did not have the time. I would love to protect other innocent homeowners from falling prey to this man. Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have our $900 dollars back so that we can find another contractor to replace our windows.
