The complainant had been a regular ongoing maintenance customer, and on 11/22/the complainant's wife sent me a text letting me know that she and her husband wanted to suspend regular maintenance services until 1/6/due to their Christmas decorations At that time she was informed via text that there will be an initial cleanup fee to reinstate services in January in order to get the property back to maintenance ready condition Her response at that time was "thank you, we will be in touch." On 12/29/she contacted me to resume services after 1/2/ The property was scheduled for the initial cleanup on 1/5/where our crew spent a total of two hours bringing the property back to maintenance ready condition The next regularly scheduled maintenance visit took place on 1/19/ The invoice was prepared and sent to the complainants on 2/4/and was comprised of hours of labor services at $per hour for the visit on 1/5/and $for the regular maintenance visit on 1/19/for a total of $I have never threatened the complainant with placing a Contractors Lien on the home There is standard language at the bottom of every invoice stating that late fees will be charged if payments are not received by the due date The only conversation that took place between the complainant and I happened at the end of the 1/19/visit and at that time he was reminded that there would be additional charges for the earlier visitThe complainant became angry and stated that he would not pay as he felt the yard had been kept up during the December month I informed him that it had not been professionally maintained, and that they were previously made aware of the fact that there would be additional charges and start up feesHe became aggressive in tone and demeaner and let me know that he would not pay any additional costsHe then proceeded to cancel service permanently The final invoice was sent and paid in full

DO NOT use this landscaping business They lie about what they do Charging me dollars for minutes of work Real bad On the initial day he gave me the quote, he wanted to see my dogs I went in the bedroom to get them he followed me in This was totally unprofessional and scary I should have known then not to use this business

The position of New Image Design in this matter is that we have provided outstanding, responsive service for this customer for quite some time We have never received any complaints until this alleged incident, and it appears to us that the customer most likely was offended when the business owner had to repeatedly remind the homeowners that we will not trim any poisonous plants The homeowners continued to ask the crew to maintain the poisonous Fire Stick Pencil Cactus when the business owner was not on site when, as mentioned above, they had previously agreed to stop doing this On the day in question, they again asked the crew lead to perform this service while unaware that the business owner was on site When the business owner made contact with [redacted] (homeowner) to yet again bring this to his attention as well as remind him that there were extra charges due for the initial start up service as previously agreed upon by his wife, [redacted] , he became belligerent and aggressive with the business owner demanding that he would not pay for the + hours service that was completed weeks prior and that he was cancelling service The crew had been servicing the property for over minutes at this time and the service was 100% complete Due to the nature of the communication with [redacted] , the business owner then proceeded to walk the entire property and take pictures to prove that the service was complete and the property was in immaculate condition prior to leaving It is clear that this homeowner is making accusations against New Image Design in order to cause irreparable damage to our reputation when, as stated above, they have been customers for a long time with no incident The alleged accusations are more likely due to a bruised ego rather than any service issues.New Image Design values its customers greatly and always makes every effort to provide high quality, outstanding service

The response is inaccurate in many aspects The service provider failed to maintain the palm trees on the property prior to suspending service in November This was brought to his attention in separate e-mails sent to the business e-mail address in November, December, and again in January The business owner acknowledged the failure to maintain the palm trees - however required fraudulent and inflated charges for the services that were not provided prior to the suspension of service The business owner - Clint D*** used profanity in the conversation with the homeowner and became verbally abusive The business owner walked off the property and did not finish the service for which the homeowner was invoiced The business owner's verbal abuse and aggressive and threatening approach left the homeowner in fear for their safety Due to the threatening and abusive tone - the homeowner was forced to submit payment for the inflated, fraudulent, and excessive duplicate charges for service not provided. The homeowner can gladly provide the e-mail chain that clearly shows the consistent communication regarding service failure and the failure to complete all required service prior to the November suspension The business owner - Clint D*** - has numerous complaints regarding dishonest business practices and inappropriate customer interactions

DO NOT use this landscaping business. They lie about what they do. Charging me 80 dollars for 45 minutes of work. Real bad. On the initial day he gave me the quote, he wanted to see my dogs. I went in the bedroom to get them he followed me in. This was totally unprofessional and scary. I should have known then not to use this business.
