After receiving this complaint on line, we have made a few attempts to contact this client to let him know that we would be willing to refund the $149 Diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from him. At this point we will be mailing a refund check on Friday, October... 28th to the client's home where we performed service.
