The young lady that contacted us gave us a lot of misinformation. When the date came for our confirmation phone call, it never came. When we called the next day, again more misinformation. They had no idea other than the window when they would arrive. We asked about canceling our move. They said that was fine, but we would not be intitled to a refund. We spoke about the misinformation we had been given and they stated they would look into it and get back with us. They did not. We received an email the next day that said to call them. When we called back again it was a run around and to what information they were willing to provide. It was pointed out several times that we should read the contract more closely. When we pointed out that some of the things they were saying didnt match their contract they hung up.

The New Horizon Moving were very conscientious, parked their truck nicely and were pleasant to interact with. I will be calling back when I need to move again. Highly recommended to all.
