Stay away - they are low lifes not worthy of your time

Whatever you do, do not use New Horizon Moving and Storage. Nevermind the part where we were qouted and paid for 2400cf of moving space yet the movers actually doing the packing crammed it all into a 26" box truck, which is 1700cf. The head guy doing the loading actually tried to argue that a 26" box truck is in fact 2400cf, it is most certainly not.

We were also concerned about the 2-21 days they have in the contract for delivery time, well New Horizon assured us that was simply a contingency, a just in case something happens to the truck. But not to worry as its highly unlikely it would take that long. Well here we are a week later after pickup sleeping on the linoleum floor in our new place and New Horizon could not give less of a st about it if I paid them to. And the frieght company they have hired to actually move our stuff also couldnt care less about our situation. Even after informing them my ederly (71) mother has prescription medications she needs, and that she is also forced to sleep on the floor, theres no apologies, no "whe're doing everything we can". Nope just Eff You this is how it is, we got your money and we dont care

After numerous complaints to the BBB, the FBI and the FL atty general's office they changed their name but the scams continue.

I can't speak highly enough about New Horizon Moving and their exceptional movers. They were highly professional--being careful with our things and providing extra packing supplies. Best of all, they were friendly and QUICK! We were so happy to have booked them and would do so again if we need to move in the future.

I just recently hired this companu to move my 3 bedroom house from Pueblo, CO to Pompano Beach, FL and it was a nightmare that still isn't over because they have been holding my belongings in some storage Utah while they give me the run around about delivery. My price was increased multiple times without any valid justification. I wish I could've read at least one honest review but it seems like they buy 5 Star revies and somehow get the 1 star reviews removed. If you're reading this take heed because it will likely not be here for long. In hindsight I wish I would've used a U-Haul or hired a legitimate moving company that isn't going to send a couple illegal aliens to pick my stuff up. Learn from my miserable experience and save your family the trouble.

William and Rhodes were great. They helped rectify what has been the worst move ever. They were very pleasant, placed boxes in the appropriate locations, and properly documented the items that came into the home. They reassembled all furniture they brought in that had parts without damaging the walls or flooring. This was the type of customer service I expected when I selected New Horizon Moving for our move.

I had a very positive experience with New Horizon Moving. I was surprised with the detail and cared for the staff. I had a few pieces of furniture that were delicate and heavy, and they expertly packed the items with moving blankets and wrap. They moved very efficiently and with care. The mover’s names are Lewis and Browne -- ask for them! They had positive energy!

Miller and his team were very professional and courteous. They turned up on time and did everything to make me happy and satisfied with the move. I highly recommend this moving company.

After researching different moving companies and stressing out about my experience, I decided to go with the New Horizon Moving. Mike is an asset to this company. With this move going so smooth, it made our transition to the TX much easier.

Overall great experience...timely delivery and although I don't recall their names, both the loading and delivery teams were very courteous and careful with all my belongings. Max my move coordinator, was helpful and provided updates and follow-ups to ensure everything was going smoothly.
