contracted to do. And at that time you agreed the job was completed and up to
your satisfaction, therefore you signed the satisfaction/warranty letter, which
I hold together with photos, seven witnesses, texts messages, and records of
the job. As a matter of the facts, you have made the last payment because
the job was completed.We provided the additional work in the bathroom as follows:Installation of a new wandAdditional water valvesToiletElectrical short repairsAdditional plumbing repairsYou did
not pay those extra charges for any of the above additional work.During the
process of performing your project my workers and I behaved with discipline,
professionalism, and expertise.Please
be advised that the negative reviews you have placed against my company are
unacceptable, irresponsible, and despicable.Please
be further advised that you have 24 hours upon receipt of this letter to remove
all and every derogatory remark you have placed to hurt my business and if not,
your utter reckless behavior against my company will have serious legal
