New Generation Towing & Recovery

My rental was towed from a complex I was visiting in a guess parking space. The apartment complex had lifted all towing due hurricane. After calling New Generation they said they know they took the car and said I need to pay them cash but cannot get the car. I need to give the cash to car rental Enterprise. The towing company gave a different address and name of apartments from the one I was visiting. When I finally go to the car to get my belongings, someone went inside of the car and took belongings out, opened mail and through papers all over back seat of car. When I called, they are very rude and disrespectful and denied all allegations. This company needs to be shut down from doing business.
