Review: Business held my vehicle for 42 days. My insurance only covered 30 and the business agreed to reimburse me for any additional time I would need the rental until their repairs were complete. They indicated this to my insurance company who contacted them weekly on the the update for the repairs of my vehicle. On the day I was to pick up the vehicle the people there (only mechanics) stated that the owner, a woman calling herself [redacted], was the only one who could reimburse me. For three days now we've been given random times of her presence and she has not been present at any of those times. When I've asked to be contacted, I've not been called back. The business owes me $560.Desired Settlement: Payment of the rental that occurred solely due to their inability to provide the services within a professional and appropriate amount of time. All this has been documented with my insurance carrier Progressive.
