Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I initially called to let them know that I wasn't gonna need propane anymore and that they can pick up the cylinder, I was told that I would be getting a check for the remaining propane in the cylinder, which to me sounded about right being that I already purchased the propane,it is mineinstead I received a bill for $So I felt Greewhich propane was pulling a fast onewhy would I pay $plus they keep my propane and sell it again for double profit?? It didn't sit right with me, and that's the reason for getting Revdex.com involvedhad I not made call, I would've been victim to Greenwich shenanigans....even at this time I feel they should give the customers what they paid for not be able to keep it....still feel like I was takenbecause Greenwich keeps what I already paid for and they're gonna sell it for a double profit Sincerely, [redacted]
