There seems to be some confusion as to how the contract was perceivedWe charge on the 3rd Friday of the month for said monthSo in other words when you are charged on May 21st it is for the month of May, not until June 21st So when we charge on June or as per contract the 3rd Friday it is for the month of June, not until July 21st............As per the contract that every member has signed you have to cancel in writing days before the next charge dayBy giving me a letter on June 7th that is not days before the next charge day.Her trainer was fired for stealing and selling products behind my back that directly conflicted with the products that I sell in my store after numerous times being told that I do not want that in my storeI apologize for not giving clients a notice as I felt direct action needed to be taken against it.As far as classes go every member that cancels is more than welcome to continue classes for the rest of said monthNot one class was canceled after her favorite trainer was fired
