This company was purchased by Allied Health at the end of 2020. I always pay for my supplies prior to shipping. Prior to Allied purchasing the company I never had issues. Since they took over I pay for my supplies prior to shipping and am then billed an additional $100-$200 every single month. When you contact the billing dept which includes only 1 person she is completely lost and never helpful. She's kind and she tries to help but... In the end you will end up paying exponentially more than you would with other diabetes supply companies. I do not recommend.

If you are looking for a supply company for your diabetes supplies, I highly recommend this company. Previous supply company was perfectly willing to jeopardize my health, they had a rigid ship date and just ignored Medicare rule that allow shipping of DME when you are down to a 10 day supply. New England Home, on the other hand, contacted Medicare to confirm what I had said about refills, worked with my doctor to move the Rx from previous company to them. Answered the phone, responded to my questions, sent prompt email replies, in other words, customer service that emphasizes CUSTOMER and SERVICE.
