The Part I ordered was defective I tried numerous times to email and call their service department and received no responseI purchased a clock spring for [redacted] through [redacted] on [redacted],it became defective on [redacted] I first contacted them on [redacted] through [redacted] a service rep I was dealing with before because they initially never shipped it after payment was received and still had no response from them concerning the replacement or refund for this part so I tried there contact email twice and still no responseDesired Settlement I would like my refund due to their lack of communication and getting me a replacement part I had to get a replacement from another distributorBusiness Response We apologize for the lack of communication on our end. The consumer has been issued a full refund. We were going through a full company computer change over during that time frame. Unfortunately the order did not get moved from one system to the other. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer. We would like to offer the customer 15% off his next purchase. We strive for 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
