Review: My husband [redacted] gave a check for a total of $7,500 on April [redacted] where 2,500$ was related to the cost of a warranty for a car we bought from them a few days before, and $5,000 deposit towards another car in case they found in an auction a car we would like for them to buy for us. Since then no warranty papers or proof of filing the warranty have been given us, furthermore they refuse to answer our requests for a refund of the deposit and warranty. They also took the first car we bought from them for 3 weeks to "repair" several damages but instead of repairing them, they drive the car around, causing more body damages, and getting tickets which I had to pay because they parked on a fire hydrant in Brooklyn TWICE while they were supposed to have to car to repair it.Desired Settlement: Want a refund for the "warranty" and deposit we never received. Also want the amount in cash for the body damages caused by them as well as the ones they said they would fix when they sold us the car as well as break damages that according to BMW show they have fake parts placed in wrong sides of the breaks .. As well as want a refund for $220 tickets I got in my name while they had the car and ILLEGALLY parked it on a hydrant zone in Brooklyn.
