Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by New Creations Design & Build Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] .I have yet to hear from New Creations Design and Build IncUnfortunately the owner of the company Chris C [redacted] was paid in full for a job that wasn't complete The job was done so that my mother's every day life would be easier to get around and take care of her everyday needsWe had the bathroom redone into a handicapped bathroom, a ramp/deck in the back for easy access and new tiles in the kitchen Chris C [redacted] left various things undoneThe tiles in the kitchen are not even so there are places around the kitchen that your shoes or slippers will get caught up in the groove in between of the tiles The floor saddle between the kitchen and living room is uneven and already we have had a few trip and my mothers walker get caught up in the uneven saddle There is unfinished tiles under cabinets and under the radiators Chris C [redacted] said he would make radiator boxes which he didn't produce as well as the baseboards around the new walls My main concern is the safety of my parents as they move around their place, already that my mother is unsteady on her feet I know that your never supposed to pay in full until the job is done however I trusted Chris seeing that he kept saying he understood our issues especially that he had a handicapped parent and understood the trials of what was happening Unfortunately I paid him in full If he did answer texts or emails he would say that we should call him back in two days time so we could set up a date and when two days time passed he never answered calls, texts or emails Don't be swayed by his smooth talking and his great vision unless you want an unfinished product Sincerely, [redacted]
