Review: [redacted] was not honored completely. was given only 5 of 6 paid for treatments. spoke to manager in Dec thought had straightened it out but then was refused 6th treatment. Got a message the day before 6th scheduled treatment telling me I'd have to pay another $199. Called manager left message call was not returned went to 6th appt and was refused treatment front desk person would not leave a message for manager [redacted]. even though I said I'd spoken to her. Timing of treatments are important. 4th treatment was delayed becuase machine broken. I was not notified till the day of treatment even though they said the machine had been down for a week. During my 5th treatment my clinician Carol left to treat someone else and I was finished by another. this refusal to honor my 6th treatment is the last straw. This business has been unprofessional on several occassions. The lose the [redacted] numbers they clearly accepted on day of initial treatment..to the fact that the manager [redacted] spoke to me in Dec and agreed to two more treatments and then I get refused in Feb and does not return phone calls is yet another unprofessional action. I would like to get my 6th treatment and I have submitted to [redacted] to help me as well. I would like others to know the issues I've had with this business and be forwarned.Desired Settlement: I would like my 6th treatment as I paid for with my groupons.I am not asking for my money back. I just want what I paid for and since timing of treatments is important I would like this settled as soon as possible.
