Review: Paid $10,890 on 9/**/2009 for installation of front walk, steps, stoop and retaining wall to be completed 10/**/09. There is a 5 year guarantee on workmanship. Made vendor aware of problems beginning 6/*/10. Multiple calls to vendor as problem began to get worse. Most recent call to vendor on 5/**/14. Vendor stated on 5/*/14 that he would fix the problem at a charge. I noted that the work was under guarantee he agreed and stated that he would fix the problem. He has not fixed the problem or responded to multiple additional calls. The steps, stoop and walkway are loose and sinking and have created a dangerous situation. My grandchild recently tripped and fell as a result. My fear is that he is waiting for the warranty to expire and will not honor the contract.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem.
