1. The countertop has been replaced. Source of damage to original top remains undetermined2. No phone calls to complete is not true. I leave messages and wait several days for response. This is understandable considering Customer has to get work schedule before responding. We have to schedule around Owners work schedule even though her Husband is home which is fine for Her comfort level but it has made completion difficult to scheduleI called 12/17/to schedule completion date. Was told my tile guy was not welcome back in home. Owner was very critical of tile installer, mocking and making degrading comments about his age and eye sight and declining skills. 12/23/14 I called to schedule completion. Customer had a family emergency. She will call me to schedule
