Would not recommend this facility to any one whom thinks their family member/friend needs help. Yes it does take the person who needs the help to want it but for money to be paid up front by family/friends, you do not get any information on where the money goes as in we paid $530 and $350 is none refundable (that's ok, but why didn't anyone inform the one paying) when asked that question the response was "each person coming into this facility has to sign the forms, and they are responsible to let whomever know, not us." Also the forms stated "the client has 48hrs after they leave to retrieve their stuff". No one was aware of this either.(with that being said, they let someone not capable(was in *** to make decisions signing) they let someone have a phone that was not suppose to have any contact for 30 days along with seeing family, Court Ordered; NO COMMUNICATION OR VISITATION for 30 days! they broke it. Let her have 5-10 minutes of visitation when she got there, in which she received a phone, when facility found out she had a phone(with a family member calling it in), they said "we searched 3 times didn't find it" but the client still had the phone. The client escaped 24 hours later. So yes they are not a locked down facility but when family/friends were informed about this place, the words were "they are the best" but we lost $530 in the matter of 24hrs due to the facility not follower the orders given. It takes a lot of everyone working together to help someone in some cases and this is one. Never Will I Ever Tell Someone This Facility Was Worth The MONEY/HELP.
Refund A refund would be GREAT along with getting some if not all of Clients belongings back. When reached out for a Facility family/friends were told this was this BEST but from our Experience it was NOT. We was told "it was the Clients fault not the facilities, we should blame client" Yes correct but not when the facility gave them more than they should have. They didn't do their job like was told they would

Enclosed are the documents showing signed program information from***. Mrs. was informed of all policy's and procedures at time of intake. Mrs. was brought to our facility by law enforcement. She came with nothing but one very small bag with a few items. We allowed her family to bring her belongings, which were searched thoroughly. They brought her a set of sheets and some personal hygiene products, along with a few outfits. Mrs. only paid at time of intake, her intake fee of $350 and one weeks rent of $180. Mrs. was informed that intake fee and weekly rent was non-refundable. Please refer to signed documents. Also refer to documents in regards to release of information.
