Review: My son brought a briefcase for 108.56 ($99 + tax) he didn't like it and went to exchange it for a piece of luggage. The price tag on the luggage was $99 even exchange, but the salesperson ([redacted]) charged an additional $50 on his credit card. The salesperson told him that he credited his card for $50, but instead charge him $50. He through the credit receipt in the garbage. He went back to request a credit of $50 and a store credit of $108.56, the salesperson stated no store credit nor refunds, only exchange.Desired Settlement: Why couldn't the store issue a $50 credit on the credit card and a store credit of $108.56.
