This website is an absolute scam. When you look up *** change of address you are taken to their website where you are misled into believing it is the official *** website. You then have to enter your bank info and submit it without you every being told how much you are being charged. Here's to hoping all our money is not stolen out of our bank now.

The site advertises as and address change for the United States Postal Services but does not tell you its a private company or that it will charge you $44.50 for the service and what the services are. Once it charges your card with *** and a number, . No person ever answers the line its just a recording, and it ask if you want to cancel service for a refund press 1, which I have done 3 different times starting the day the service charged my card, and still have not gotten any kind of refund.

is a SCAM DO NOT USE THEM OR ALLOW THEM TO SCAM YOU!. They have a way to redirect you when trying to enter the *** website and lead you to believe they are *** and have no charges associated with the address change. Until you get an email stating you paid $44.50 for an address change that costs a dollar to do with ***. They hide in fine print that they are not *** and they hide charges associated with there services. My request has already been processed by *** and this SCAM of a company is deliberately hiding information to take advantage of people.

This company is a total scam.
IF you're not careful (and I wasn't) they'll come up as first choice on Google search for USPS address change. Their home page lists their charge for changing your address ($44!) in TINY type you can easily miss. After you've entered the change information, they ask for CC payment but do not list what you're paying (who would?).
I made the mistake of paying because I asked someone who said the cost was only $1.05, but they had used the official USPS site, and thought I was too.
So shame on me. These people are charging $44 for exactly the same service you can get on the official PO site.
Don't fall for it!!
I thought this webpage was the *** and it was not. I called them to cancel my request as soon as I got the e-mail saying you were just RIPPED OFF 44.50 for less then one minute of typing to change your address. 10 mins haven't even passed. The customer service rep told me they can't do a full refund since my address request was sent to the postal service the second I hit submit. So I asked what did I pay them for since the *** only charges 2 DOLLARS for the same services. She could answer me and told me they would refund the 75% only charging me 9.95 for the same service I could have gotten had I been on the *** government webpage for 2 dollars.

This business files change of address information with the *** at the exorbitant charge of $44.50. I filled out the form and only when a confirmation was emailedt to me did it list the charge of $44.50. I checked the papers again and noticed that it offers- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and WE OFFER A NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND POLICY AND 100% CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS. I immediately called them and sent an email on 3/*/20, 3/*/20 and 3/*/20 with no response. In fact, the telephone listed just makes an announcement with no voice mail. I called my credit card company and they put a dispute on the charges.This company is a fraud! I hope to make other people aware of this company.

I have checked my credit card statement every day from 10 days ago to today (3/) and no credit has been entered on my statement. Apparently this vendor is lying.

Requested a full refund as the services offered are way overcharged. Was only offered a partial refund and the customer service representative I spoke with over the phone hung up on me. The same address change service directly through *** costs $1.05 whereas I was charged $44.50 through ***.
Their order confirmation email said I should receive an email when my address change is processed through *** but I have yet to get a confirmation email and they still would not give me a full refund.
