My family moved in this house Feb.2014.The house was dirty inside and out my husband had to do 3 dump runs to clear the debris. We were told the house would only be rented "As is" The main heater to the house is not nor has it ever been in working order. There is a free standing gas fire place that we were dependent on it was emitting carbon monoxide and deemed hazardous by southwest gas.We have 5 children the youngest suffers from reactive airway disease he requires a stable climate at ALL times through the cold months he had more use of this fireplace than anyone else.we called our property manager [redacted] on multiple occasions asking for the heater to be fixed it is currently in the same condition. Along with this here is a list of wrongs my family has endured while dealing with this business/agent.Upon taking possession of this house we submitted 4 pages of issues with this house(this list was coincidentally misplaced by this agent) it included the fallowing:The front door was mounted with cabinet hinges and could not shut or lock. The fence in the back yard was unstable and almost completely fallen over(as of 12/2014 this fence was never repaired and recently fell)Same with the front gate(also fallen as of 12/2014)the kitchen sink was leaking and bricks were being used to stabilize the pipes, on 2 different occasions someone was sent to fix this, my husband who is a journeyman plumber ended up fixing and replacing the faucet for fear of mold around our children. The fridge was leaking and causing water damage to the floor also 2 times someone was sent to fix this and once again my husband had to replace the fridge for fear of mold. There was a major plumbing leak under the house along with 3 leaking hose bibs resulting in a water bill of $900+ my husband fixed this leak a few days later a plumber came ti inspect and found no leaks we were made to pay this bill. moneys paid towards this were not applied to our account.we have been told to pay 1300 for this bills + fines there is much moreDesired Settlementwe would like our deposit back, and records of where our payment have gone.
