I would definitely use Renovate Houston for all roofing work with in the future. [redacted] was awesome and did not try to pressure us into making our decision. He gave us a great price and backed it up with a job well done. It is very obvious that this company has done many roofs.

[redacted] came out the same day I called him. He was polite, informative, and very responsive. He could have recommended a larger job than I needed, since I don't know much about hardwood flooring issues, but instead he fixed the cause of the problem and saved me lots of $$.
He is a good guy - I will call him whenever I need help with other problems.

MY WIFE AND I BEGAN THIS JOURNEY WITH DR C[redacted] WHO PLACED US IN THE CARE OF A DR. P[redacted]. IT WAS NOT UNTIL RECENTLY THAT THIS JOURNEY TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE . MY WIFE A DISABLED VETERAN WHO WAS INJURED OVERSEAS WAS BEING TREATED BY P[redacted] WE MISSED A SINGLE APPOINTMENT WITH THIS SPECIALIST AND IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. A PERSON NAMED AMY CALLED US ONCE TO SEE IF MY WIFE WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH PROCEDURE WE SAID YES AND AMY REFUSED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT SHE TREATED US WITH THE UTMOST DISREGARD AND CONTEMPT WHEN WE TRIED TO GO OVER HER HEAD AND LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH KAREN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD NEVER BE SEEN BY THIS DR AGAIN.
