DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used their Kneehab product following knee surgery. The product was great, the customer service and billing departments were HORRIBLE! I would not recommend anyone using this company, especially for device rental where you will have to go through the billing process. They were repeatedly rude and extremely disorganized. Something that should've been simple was made very complex and extremely frustrating.
As part of my pre-surgery prep, my Orthopedic Surgeon asked me to get a "***" unit to help with recovery. This is done through Neurotech. When I spoke with Neurotech and picked up the unit at the doctors office I was told there was a $150 deposit, which would be returned to be, since my insurance would cover this and I had paid my full out of pocket max (the person I spoke with from Neurotech prior to this pick-up/fitting already had my insurance information). This was done a couple weeks prior to my surgery on Sept. 4, 2018. As of November I still had not seen my refund of the $150 nor had my insurance even been billed. I then received a bill from Neurotech for $300 around Nov 16th, 2018. There was no mention of the $150 deductible already paid and it said my insurance had been applied. THIS WAS NOT TRUE!!! I called my insurance company on Nov 26th, 2018 and they said there was no record of this submission. I then called Neurotech the same day and spoke with the Billing Department. They could not answer my questions and I was transferred to Vincent . Vincent tried to tell me he had called previously but there was NO record ANYWHERE in my phone history about his attempt to call. I also asked him if they ever submitted to my insurance and he ended up telling me they did NOT. For some reason he would NOT submit to my insurance. He said he already thought he knew they would deny based on my insurance company. After telling Vincent then I would be happy to send the unit back but was NOT willing to pay anything additional after I was told there would be no costs to this that he would get back to me the following week with a resolution. As of today, December 17th, 2018, Vincent had yet to call me back AND I was sent another bill from Neurotech. I again called Vincent today and asked what the resolution was and why they had not billed my insurance. After promising me another call by 5 PM and again not calling back they are not billing my insurance and expecting pay.

(Resolved)To: <***@myRevdex.com.org>***,I have FINALLY heard back from a manager (Todd) and resolved this matter with Neurotec. How do I go about withdrawaling this complaint since it has been resolved? After our discussion earlier today, Todd sent me an email saying if I agree to withdraw the complaint they will remove the $300 balance they are asking for.Thanks,***@***.com+
