                                       We are in receipt of the customer complaint filed with your office of the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) on March 10, 2015. While we are disappointed that any of one of our customers would resort to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, we understand that opinions differ and at times customers may be displeased with the news they may or may not receive from our office. In response to the direct complaint, and the requested settlement outlined by the customer, we can confirm that the customer's records were corrected pursuant to and in accordance with our internal customer records correction and retention procedures. As you are likely aware, customer internal records may not be corrected at any one customer's direction, but must reflect our consultation, opinions and expertise, given the facts underlying the actual customer visit and diagnosis. Upon review of the subject records, along with the input of the customer's concerns,  corrections to the customer's subject internal records were made upon my direct approval and subsequently mailed, certified mail return receipt requested, to the customer on March 20, 2015. As requested by the customer, a request for partial refund to the customer's insurance company was initiated by my office on March 20, 2015. The insurance company's refund confirmation numbers have been received by our office. Due to the public nature of this Revdex.com process, we have mailed the Confirmation numbers directly to the customer, and not through this forum. All actions taken by my office and identified above are made in full satisfaction of the customers's "Desired Settlement" identified in the Complaint. Thank you for assistance in this matter.
