Review: I had called and canceled a follow up medical appointment with the receptionist 48 hours before the appointment (in March, 2013) as a courtesy and in adherence to the office policy to avoid any appointment cancellation charges. I confirmed with the operator that I would not be charged any cancellation fees as I was within the cancellation period allowed. I received in April an invoice for a no show fee of $75. I called to dispute the charge and the office personnel told me they would remove the charge. I received another invoice in May, and I called again and spoke with office personnel to dispute the charge and told them who I had spoke to previously, that I was promised that the charge would be removed, and that I was still receiving invoices for the same charge, they said they would remove the charge if I send them a letter of explanation even though I had already been told the office would remove the charge. I send the letter they had requested and confirmed receipt. I received another invoice in June that I also disputed - was promised the same thing then in July, the same thing happened and I again disputed the charge. At this poiont. I believe that I need to request resolution assistance from the Better Business Beureau.Desired Settlement: Please reverse the $75 fee as it was charged in error.
