We would be happy to work with this customer on any issues they with the removal of our equipment from their premises We would like to work out an equitable solution for both parties

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe problem that has still not been addressed is the damage to my home removing the equipment and the comments made by the installer (Terry) saying we do not pay our bills and that he should or rather extort $200 for him coming out to removing the equipment....and if this is the type of person that you have working for your company then I would be concerned on the type of image that is being portrayed...the service you provided was not up to par which is why we cancelled and also I was not told that I would be billed three months in advance. I would like ALL copies of our conversations. If you want to keep the $70.33 fine..I just want addressed on how my house will be fixed and the comments that were made by the installer.

the installation. We were not made aware of any service issues, until 11/3/16 when you notified us of cancellation. Had we been made aware of your dissatisfaction we would have worked with you on resolving the issues. Our terms of service give new customers 30 days for a complete refund, your service was installed and working for 51 days. The cost of service for the 2 months, as well as the installation fees for the service total $579.84. The only payment received was $70.32. We believe we have been more than fair by agreeing to settle on ending our business relationship without collecting more than the 1 payment made of $70.32.If the de-installation is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will have our field manager assist you.
