Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2017/09/18) */ We completed job we intended to do, we had to remove fence post to get concrete truck in back yard to complete the jobThe fence was rotten where we removed the gate, we replaced the fence post and put it back into place, the gate was hung and I told customers wife ( who was at home during the whole process) we were going to be back as soon as possible to try and fix gate, due to it being rotten I did not have material to fix when I was on siteHer husband contacted me times via text, I did not respond, on third text he demanded I fix fence and I called him as soon as I received third text and he did not answer phone call and never respondedI went to the home and profesonially tried to resolve the problemAlong with conversation he admitted that I was never told that he wanted more dirt to be put in his yard after I brought yards in he took a day off of work to put more yard of dirt to fill in little spots where he was not happyI unfortunately was never aware of the situation
