Netty's Nest Visitor Lodge

Upon arrival the desk clerk had us wait outside for over 20 minutes before letting us in. When we walked on the place smelled badly and I wanted to change my mind about the room but the fee was not refundable as Nettys Nest had already withdrawn $59 from my ***. Then I understood that my partner & I had to be put in a different room at additional cost of 10 dollars for the additional occupant. I agreed. But the total amount I paid was $202.00 plus the $50 dollars from *** for a total of $252.00. There was toilet paper 3 times and I at one point I had to go to my car for napkins as I needed the washroom and it was taking so long for them to bring toilet paper. When we first walked in the room there was one towel provided. We had to keep asking for additional towels. Then in the morning I left n text them and asked to be credited back the $50 to my credit card. They said I owed them $30 for blood stained sheets which was not at all blood. I had accidentally spilt foundation when I was putting on make up. But that's easily washed off. They said to go wash them when I called to explain. They said to call ***.com with my complaint. I called ***.com and they could only give nettys nest feed back in service but they apologized for what I went through. The floor and rig were dirty and the bathroom toilet and tub were dirty. The bathroom stenches of urine. They told me that if I needed toilet paper that I could have used one of there other washrooms which I didn't know they had or where they were located.
